Submissions of urban photography are always welcome.
I don’t use tumblr’s own submission function because ownership of submissions made through it can not be verified. Instead, please submit your photographs via the This city called Earth flickr group.
Many of the photographs on This city called Earth originate on flickr and are posted here using tumblr’s toolbar application. All flickr photos posted here are invited to join the group, where an explanation is made that to accept the invite is to grant permission to post the image here.
If the invite is accepted but the disclaimer is not read or understood, or if the invite is not accepted before the post is made, the image will be removed on owner’s request.
I always include credit and links to the author and their flickr pages.
There is a lot of inspiring urban photography to be found on flickr. I’m just sharing some of it a with wider audience here on tumblr. If owners prefer me not to I will always respect that.
